Rock Garden Gnomes – Legends of the Lawn
The Ace of Spades is a hand-sculpted resin figure from the Rock Garden Gnomes – Legends of the Lawn series. The piece draws inspiration from the visual language of heavy rock and its most recognisable archetypes, reimagined through the familiar form of the traditional garden gnome.
The figure is depicted holding a guitar, raising a defiant gesture, and carrying a spade marked with the ace — a symbol of risk, attitude and chance. While informed by rock mythology and cultural reference, the sculpture is conceived as an original character rather than a portrait or direct likeness.
Each piece begins as a hand-modelled clay original, from which moulds are made and small batches cast in resin. Every gnome is individually cleaned, finished and hand-painted, resulting in subtle variations that make each example unique.
Designed for indoor or outdoor display, The Ace of Spades occupies the space between ornament, character study and small-scale sculpture.

Jimmy on the Scooter is a graphic print drawn from British youth culture and cinematic iconography of the 1960s. The image reinterprets a familiar figure through bold contrast, simplified form and limited colour, placing emphasis on attitude, movement and symbolism rather than narrative detail.
While informed by the visual language of Quadrophenia and the Mod movement, the work is conceived as an original illustration rather than a direct reproduction or portrait. The scooter, suit and target motif operate as cultural shorthand, referencing identity, aspiration and subcultural style.
The image was created digitally by the artist and produced as a high-quality print, available as either a poster or canvas wrap. Each format offers a different physical presence, while retaining the clarity and graphic impact of the original artwork.
